Concept Design
AEI takes pride in providing concept and project development solutions
to our customers' problems. We strive to provide expertise, both
in short-term and long-term project goals. Our
Sales and Estimating Department is organized to provide the best
possible support for our customers during project conceptual development
and the bid stage.
AEI has met the demand for faster and more efficient bulk material
handling, processing systems, and full plant facilities needs for
companies both large and small. Designing and executing projects
on time and within budget can be difficult when your technical manpower
resources are limited. We have the technical and practical expertise
to help solve your project needs. Our background in engineering conveying
and handling systems, and the process control expertise necessary
to put it to work will be evident during conceptual design.
Every AEI system is designed with careful attention to your specific
needs. Before any equipment is specified, our Sales Engineer works
closely with you to determine the best approach
to meet your particular project needs. After careful review and
analysis of the project requirements, a complete plant layout and
operating process quote is prepared. We provide solutions that will
produce the best turnkey system at an economical price.
The AEI system design philosophy of utilizing the most suitable
and commercially available components, whenever possible, while
maintaining maximum reliability, results in lower system and maintenance
costs for you. When products do not meet our high standards, we
design and manufacture our own. Our in-house proprietary technologies
are popular for materials that are particularly hard to handle and
convey.
AEI will provide Lump Sum quotes to encompass the total project.
These quotes incorporate all engineering and design, project management,
procurement, fabrication, installation and assembly, plant facilities,
commissioning/start-up and training, as well as spare parts; our
goal is to provide full single source responsibility to the owner
for the total project scope.
