Control Systems
AEI has designed and installed instrument control systems for virtually
every industry. Our process control engineers have designed, programmed,
and implemented microprocessor and computer based automated control
systems using the latest hardware for both batch and continuous
control. Our
systems place emphasis on operator interface, plant optimization,
historical trend data, data acquisition, supervisory control, and
customized reports for operations as well as inventory control.
Integration efforts require the ability to coordinate major aspects
of facility design so that they come together as a practical workable
solution. AEI's experienced personnel combine processing and packaging
systems together with the automation necessary for complete material
handling systems.
Systems controlled by DCS or PLC's can be integrated with inventory,
production line monitoring, and quality control systems. We design
key information systems that exchange information through databases
and networked processors on all levels of the CIM hierarchy. All
this is accomplished by AEI's knowledgeable control systems engineer.
Designs can include automatic inspection, lot tracking and traceability,
sensors, instrumentation, data acquisition, trend analysis, statistical
process control, and electronic batch record.
AEI Control Systems can be supplied for all levels of sophistication:
- Process Control
- Control and Data Acquisition
- Factory Floor Supervision
- Plant-Wide System
- Corporate System
