Project Management
AEI maintains full responsibility for the project management of
our engineered systems and facilities. Our goal is for your project
to progress smoothly and that all project time and manpower be managed
to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. The
Project Managers implement programs that respond to issues by need
and organizational structure through Critical Path Management. This
assures each project of a focused schedule identifying key project
activities and the time frame required to complete them.
Commencing with the process flow diagram and plant facilities layout,
a schedule is prepared to identify project benchmarks, milestones,
critical paths, and the time allocated to complete each phase of
the project. Using the latest in project management software, AEI
prepares detailed schedules to inform our clients when engineering
and design, procurement, fabrication, shipment, installation, start-up
and training will occur.
Dedicated Project Managers are responsible for the execution and
coordination of all project tasks necessary
for management and supervision of craft personnel, plant, equipment,
and peripheral support services.
Our project management team provides planning, resource scheduling,
project scheduling, cost control, procurement, manufacturing supervision,
quality control, shipping/receiving, and construction management.
